  29. No.  Movies use motion-blurred 24 fps.  Take a look at some new dumb platform
  30. game for example.  It no doubt runs at 50 fps and looks smooth, but if you look
  31. at some of the old platform games, most run at 25 fps, and look jerky.  If they
  32. had motion-blurring, they would look smoother.  Get the picture????
